(Each piece is carefully handcrafted fresh just for you.)
Imagine settling into your favorite reading nook with a warm drink… as the level slowly drops, a tiny creature emerges from the stacked books—like a curious fox adjusting its glasses, a sleepy bear curled around an open novel, or a kitten perched on a pile of classics. That quiet “aha” moment is what makes this mug special.
I designed the Animal Stereoscopic Library Series to bring a bit of whimsical storytelling into everyday routines. Every mug begins in my small studio, where I throw the base from high-quality ceramic clay, carefully hand-sculpt the 3D animal figure (positioned so it “hides” until revealed by your sip), and layer glazes by hand for soft, natural gradients. After a slow bisque fire and a high-temperature glaze firing (around 1260°C / cone 7), each one cools with its own subtle personality—tiny glaze pools, gentle finger marks, or faint kiln kisses that make every piece uniquely its own.
These aren’t mass-produced; they’re one-of-a-kind companions with real artisan soul.
Key Details & Specs
•Capacity: ≈ 9–10oz (200–250ml) – perfect for a generous coffee, tea, or hot cocoa without feeling too heavy
• Dimensions: Rim diameter ≈ 3.5–3.8 inches (9–9.7 cm), height ≈ 3.7–4 inches (9.5–10 cm) excluding handle
•Weight: ≈ 12–14 oz (340–400 g) when empty – sturdy yet comfortable to hold
• Material: Food-safe, high-fired stoneware ceramic (lead- and cadmium-free)
• Usage: Microwave-safe, dishwasher-safe, oven-safe (up to 450°F/230°C), and disinfection-cabinet safe. Works great for hot or cold drinks
Care Recommendation: To keep the glazes vibrant and crackle-free over years of use, I gently hand-wash with mild soap and avoid prolonged high-heat microwaving. Small imperfections (like pinholes or glaze variations) are natural signs of the handmade process—they add character, not flaws.
Thank you for supporting independent handmade work. Your mug is being shaped with care, just waiting to join your shelf. 📚🐾

I love this playful cup next to my earthy collection. It’s a nice contrast.
(Thank you for the vase and ceramic flowers. My daughter quickly confiscated it to her room! 🤷🏼♀️😆)
This mug is even prettier in person. The tiny scene inside is such a fun surprise every time I use it.
Absolutely beautiful and full of detail. The tiny room inside the mug feels like a warm little world. Every piece is carefully handmade and it looks even better in person. I love using it every morning.

I received this cup and was beyond pleased. It's so beautifully crafted. and truly joyful. Would definitely order another!
Very cute mug. The inside scene is smaller than I imagined, but honestly that makes it feel like a little secret world.
I was impressed by how delicate the details are. It feels like owning a tiny handmade artwork instead of a regular mug.
とてもユニークで芸術的なマグカップです。中の3Dデザインは細かくてとても魅力的で、ただのコーヒーカップではなく小さなアート作品を持っているような気分になります。本当に買ってよかったです。
cute 😊，I really like it!
