We currently offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, regardless of order value.
There is no minimum purchase required — every order ships for free.
2. Production & Shipping Timeline
• Most handmade items have a production lead time of approximately 15 days.
• After production, we will carefully pack and ship your order.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your package is on its way.
Note: Actual delivery time may vary depending on production schedules, holidays, carrier delays, or high order volumes. We will do our best to ship as quickly as possible.
3. Shipping Methods

4. International Shipping
We currently ship primarily within the United States. For international orders, please contact us at zixuanchen767@gmail.com. Additional shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Once processed, your order enters the production phase (approximately 15 days lead time).
6. Risk of Loss
All risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages after delivery to the carrier, except in cases covered by our return policy.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete when placing an order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to change the address after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible.
