Kiln Shadow Solo brings together original, handmade ceramic works created by independent artists from around the world. Our collections feature cute and healing cartoon-style designs, including mugs, cups, plates, and gift sets.
Because all products are handmade, slight variations in color, shape, glaze, or size may occur. These natural differences are part of the unique charm of each piece and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to display products accurately on the Site, but actual colors and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and device.
All products are durable, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe, and suitable for both hot and cold contents (specific care instructions may vary by item).
2. Orders and Pricing
• All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
• Prices are shown in USD and do not include applicable taxes or duties, which will be calculated and added at checkout.
• We reserve the right to correct any pricing or typographical errors at any time before shipping.
• Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for any reason, including suspected fraud or unavailability.
You will receive an order confirmation email, but this is not a confirmation of acceptance.
3. Shipping and Delivery
• We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States, or on orders above $60 (whichever policy provides the benefit).
• Shipping times are estimates only. Lead time for most handmade items is within 15 days, but actual delivery may be affected by production, holidays, or carrier delays.
• Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
• International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love every piece you receive. You may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of receipt, provided:
• The item is in its original, unused condition.
• It is returned in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
To start a return or exchange, please contact our support team. Return shipping costs are generally the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for return (if applicable). Please note that slight handmade variations are not grounds for return.
