How long does it take to make my order? Our ceramics are handmade to order. Please allow approximately 15 days for crafting before shipment. Every piece goes through shaping, drying, glazing, and high-temperature kiln firing carefully by hand.
How long does shipping take? Shipping time depends on the destination country. Estimated delivery time after shipment:

Will my ceramic look exactly like the photos? Because every piece is handmade, slight differences are natural and part of the charm. Small variations may occur in:

We do our best to keep every creation as close as possible to the photos while preserving its unique soul.
Are small imperfections normal? Yes. Tiny handmade marks, glaze flow, or subtle uneven textures are part of authentic ceramics — not defects. We believe these details give each piece its own personality and warmth.
Why does handmade ceramics take longer? True craftsmanship requires multiple steps (drying, firing, etc.) that cannot be rushed. We believe slow production creates pieces with more character and soul.
🌿 Materials & Safety
Are the materials safe? Yes — absolutely. Our ceramics are made using natural clay, and all glazes are kiln-fired at approximately 1300°C. The surface is stable and safe for everyday use.
Are the mugs food-safe? Yes ✨ Our cups and tableware are food-safe. To help them last longer, we recommend gentle hand washing when possible.
Can I use them in a microwave or dishwasher? Most pieces are microwave-safe. However, for long-term care, we recommend hand washing to better preserve the glaze texture and details.
